I got the idea for this file from Amazing Paper Grace Becca is an amazing artist.Do you want to know a secret? This file is two separate pieces.
The Butterfly cuts completely out, then just the very center of the Butterfly is glued back in the cut out area. Then when dried you lift up the wings and add a pearl.
